Oven Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. long-grain white rice, uncooked
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dried Italian herb seasoning
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine beef, rice, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and onion. Shape into meatballs and place in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix soup and water together and pour over meatballs.
    Cover tightly. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
