Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 gal. milk
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl to blend.
Place ingredients in electric or hand-crank ice cream maker. Be sure to use \"ice cream salt\" with ice to freeze this recipe!
If peach or strawberry flavor is desired, add with ingredients while mixing, but you will need to use 1 to 2 cups less milk with this mixture.
