Rice And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. wild rice
1 c. brown rice
3 carrots, sliced
1 c. green peas, frozen
1 c. broccoli
8 oz. mushrooms
1 pkg. Knorr gravy mix (chicken)
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1 large onion, chopped and sauteed in 2 tsp. olive oil
Preparation

Toast brown rice in skillet with 1 tablespoon olive oil until golden.
Add water and cook according to package directions.
Cook wild rice in separate pan.
Cook carrots, peas, broccoli and mushrooms until crisp.
Combine cooked rice and cooked vegetables. Add gravy mix, prepared according to package directions.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Heat through in 350\u00b0 oven.
