Praline Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 c. light brown sugar
    5 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Boil peeled sweet potatoes 25 to 30 minutes.
    Drain.
    Cut in half or 1-inch slices and arrange in greased baking dish.
    Bring cream to boil.
    Stir in brown sugar until dissolved.
    Cook over medium heat to soft ball stage (238\u00b0).
    Remove and beat in melted butter.
    Add cinnamon and chopped pecans.
    Drizzle over potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve warm.
