Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 egg
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
Preparation

Melt chocolate with butter in top of double boiler; cool slightly. Beat egg in a small bowl with an electric mixer.
Slowly add chocolate and orange peel.
Drop from teaspoon onto a buttered cookie sheet.
Chill until firm.
Yield: 48 pieces.
