Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French-cut green beans, drained (but reserve juice)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. juice from beans
    4 slices Velveeta cheese (each slice about 1/2-inch thick)
    1/4 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
    garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain beans and put in baking dish.
    Make sauce of bean juice, margarine and flour.
    Stirring over low heat, add cheese.
    Set aside.
    Add Beau Monde seasoning, garlic salt and salt and pepper to drained beans.
    Stir well.
    Then pour sauce over beans.
    Top with Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
