Old Fashioned Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. raw rice
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Rinse rice in hot water.
    Mix with remaining ingredients, except raisins and butter.
    Bake in greased casserole dish, uncovered, at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    After the first hour, add raisins and butter, stirring well.
    Serve warm or cold.
