Hamburger-Mushroom Soup Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular rice or 1 1/3 c. pre-cooked rice
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    While rice cooks, brown hamburger, onion, salt and pepper in frypan.
    When meat is brown, stir in the mushroom soup and heat through.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
