Alaska Shrimp Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. shrimp
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    4 eggs
    1 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 tsp. chopped chives
    dash of pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Beat together the eggs, half and half and seasoning.
    Place mushrooms and shrimp in bottom of pie shell.
    Sprinkle with cheese; add egg mixture and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is firm.
    To prepare quiche ahead, bake 10 minutes less than directed; cool, then wrap and freeze.
    When ready to use, unwrap and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
