Peach Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box cook and serve pudding
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 egg
1 large can sliced peaches, drained (reserve 3 Tbsp. juice)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. peach juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix pudding, flour, milk, baking powder, salt, margarine and egg together. Spray Pam or deep pie dish and place mixture on top. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and reserved peach juice. Place peaches on top of crust mixture, then spread cream cheese mixture over top. Mix cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set in center. Serve warm.
