Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oleo
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. drained pineapple
1/4 c. oleo
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Place first 3 ingredients in a skillet.
Make a batter of the remaining ingredients and pour over cake filling.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
