White Chocolate Salties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. white chocolate
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    3 c. pretzel sticks
    1 c. salted peanuts
Preparation
    Combine chocolate and shortening in top of a double boiler. Bring water to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cook until chocolate melts.
    Pour chocolate mixture into a large mixing bowl.
    Stir in pretzels and peanuts.
    Spread into a buttered 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
    Chill 20 minutes or until firm.
    Break into pieces.
    Store in an airtight container.
    Yields 1 1/2 pounds.
