Southern Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. soft bread
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. seedless raisins
2 c. whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Place in a shallow 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve with whipped cream or a lemon sauce.
