Rosemary Pineapple Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    46 oz. can pineapple juice
    1 tsp. fresh rosemary
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    handful spearmint leaves
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 oz. limeade
Preparation
    Simmer 1 cup pineapple juice for 5 minutes with herbs; strain. Add water, sugar, lemon juice, limeade and rest of pineapple juice.
    Chill.
    Serves 25.
