Cabbage With Pepper Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head green cabbage (about 2 lb.)
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small green pepper, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut cabbage into 12 wedges. Heat water and salt to boiling in 10-inch skillet; add cabbage wedges. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until cabbage is crisp-tender, 10 to 15 minutes; drain.
