Stir-Fry Veggies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. thinly sliced peppers
1 large onion, sliced in rings
2 large tomatoes, cut in wedges
3 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet.
Add vegetables.
Sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper.
Cover; cook 10 minutes over medium heat.
Stir twice during cooking.
