Danish Thin Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    dash of salt
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Combine ingredients together until well mixed.
    Preheat skillet.
    Dip batter into pan (about one ladleful) and tip pan to spread out in pan.
    Cook first side until edges brown.
    Turn over and cook until dry.
    Put on plate, folded in half.
    Serve with butter, syrup, honey or jam.
