Sweet Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork, cut in 1-inch long and 1/4-inch strips
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with a little water
    1 red and 1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 foreign onion, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Dip pork strips first in egg and then in flour and fry until golden brown in color; remove.
    Take the broth, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce and let them boil up, then add the cornstarch.
    When it starts to thicken, add the peppers and onion.
    Cook very little, then add meat and let it boil up and serve immediately.
