Crabmeat And Hot Cheese Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 oz. flaked crabmeat
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 c. celery, chopped (more if needed)
8 oz. Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cheese, diced small
enough mayonnaise to hold ingredients together
English Muffins

Preparation

Mic crabmeat, onion, pepper, celery, mayonnaise and cheese together.
Cut English muffin open and lightly toast.
Then pile on mixture and put under broiler until bubbly.
Cut each half of English muffin into quarters and serve.
