Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced potatoes
2 c. chicken stock
1/4 c. diced onion
1 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. corn
2 c. cooked chicken
4 c. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes, onion and margarine in chicken stock until potatoes are tender.
Blend flour with small amount of water to make paste.
Add with corn and chicken to potato mixture.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add milk, salt and pepper and heat to serving temperature.
