Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. onion
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1/4 c. margarine
2 1/2 c. corn flakes
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Heat together cream of chicken soup, water and 1/4 cup margarine.
Add potatoes, cheese, onion and sour cream.
Mix well. Put into casserole dish.
Mix corn flakes and 1/4 melted margarine.
Put on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cover loosely with foil for about 20 minutes.
