Diced Veal And Mushrooms In Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 green pepper, minced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. diced, cooked veal
    2 c. leftover gravy
Preparation
    Slice mushrooms.
    Saute with onion and green pepper in skillet.
    Add gravy; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Thin with a little water, if necessary.
    Add meat; simmer gently until meat is heated.
    Serve on noodles, rice, biscuits or toasted bread cups.
