Orange Upside-Down French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 Tbsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated orange rind (optional)
    8 slices firm type white bread
Preparation
    Put margarine in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan and melt in a warm oven.
    Mix next 3 ingredients and sprinkle evenly in the pan.
    Mix eggs and orange juice.
    Dip bread in the mixture, soaking well. Arrange evenly in pan and spoon any remaining mixture on bread. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
    Let stand one minute.
    Lift pieces onto platter, sugar side up.
    Serves 4.
