Easter Egg Special (Candy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. hot mashed potatoes
2 Tbsp. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut, or more
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. candied fruits
Preparation

Knead well, and shape into large or small eggs. Set aside to ripen for a few days. Either dip eggs into melted sweet chocolate or dribble hot chocolate over them. When chocolate hardens, decorate eggs with white icing and or flowers.
