Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 pkg. spice cake mix
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. reserved pineapple juice and water
Preparation
    Bake in an electric frypan.
    Line skillet with waxed paper. Melt margarine in skillet at 200\u00b0.
    Turn selector off.
    Spread brown sugar, then spread with crushed pineapple.
    Prepare cake mix, adding 2 eggs and 1/3 cup of pineapple juice.
    Pour cake batter into frypan.
    Turn heat selector to 270\u00b0.
    Cover with frypan lid, open vent.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
