Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
milk
cinnamon
sugar
3 or 4 bread slices
butter (enough for frying)
1/2 stick butter
maple syrup
pecans, chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs and milk together. Mix cinnamon and sugar according to taste and add to egg mixture. Dip bread into mixture until heavily coated. Fry in butter until browned to perfection. In another small pan, combine 1/2 stick of butter and a bunch of maple syrup; heat. Place French Toast on a plate and on each slice, load it up with cream cheese and spread it thick. Stack 3 or 4 slices high with cream cheese between each slice. Completely cover and drown this with your favorite buttery syrup mix. Garnish with pecans.
