Sausage And Cornbread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fully cooked, smoked hot beef sausage links or kielbasa, sliced thin
1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn bread stuffing
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. red cayenne
1/4 to 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Add cornbread stuffing, pecans and spices to sausage in skillet.
Stir until well mixed.
Add chicken broth slowly and evenly and mix until moist as you wish.
Stuff chicken or turkey. Great as a side dish, too.
Serves 8.
