Pia'S Italian Country Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 lb. green beans, tips removed
    1 c. beef broth
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/4 c. finely chopped ham or Prosciutto
Preparation
    Heat oil and saute garlic until it becomes fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add green beans and saute 2 to 3 minutes until glossy and well coated.
    Add broth and cook until beans are just tender-crisp.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley and ham; serve. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
