Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. water
dash of salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. diced celery
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 (13 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 small or 1 large pkg. apricot jello
Preparation

Combine pineapple and juice, water, sugar and salt.
Heat until sugar is dissolved; add jello.
Let stand until slightly congealed. Add celery, Dream Whip (prepared as directed on package).
Add cream cheese.
Pour into mold and refrigerate.
