Green Chili Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) cans drained chopped green chilies
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Grease 9-inch pie pan.
    Spread chilies in pan and sprinkle with cheese.
    Mix eggs and milk; pour over cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve on club crackers.
