Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies
1/4 c. unsalted butter
3/4 c. whipping cream
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 bag caramel candies
Preparation

Butter 10-inch diameter spring-form pan with 2 3/4-inch high sides.
Finely grind cookies in processor.
Add melted butter and blend until combined.
Press crust mixture onto bottom (not sides) of pan.
Bring cream to a simmer in heavy medium saucepan. Reduce heat to low.
Add chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth.
Pour chocolate mixture over crust.
Chill.
