Meatballs And Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 small onion, diced
3 to 4 slices bread, cubed (2 pieces for small batch)
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1 can mushrooms, strained
Preparation

Mix ground beef, eggs, onion,
bread cubes and salt and pepper to taste.
Make into meatballs and brown.
Put in casserole dish.
Add mushroom soup, milk (enough to cover meatballs) and mushrooms.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Serve mushroom gravy over mashed potatoes.
