Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3 sticks softened margarine
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together eggs, softened margarine and sugar.
    Add bananas.
    In another bowl, sift together flour, salt and soda. Add flour mixture a little at a time to sugar and butter mixture, mixing well after each addition.
    Fold in nuts and add vanilla. Pour batter into well-greased and floured Bundt pan or small loaf pans.
    In large pan bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
