Baked Sea Trout - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sea trout filets, steaks or portion fish
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Cut filets into serving size portions.
Place in a single layer, skin side down, in a well-greased baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serves 6.
