Easy Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 lb. Chinese pea pods
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium red pepper, cut into strips
    1 lb. lean pork, cut into 2-inch strips
    1/2 c. green onion slices
    1 jar sweet and sour sauce
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add pea pods, mushrooms, pepper and onions.
    Stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Add remaining oil with pork; cook for 5 minutes.
    Add vegetables and sauces, heating thoroughly.
    Serve over hot rice.
