Corn And Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large zucchini
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 c. frozen corn
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 c. water
    1 apple
Preparation
    Saute onion and zucchini in oil until soft.
    Stir in chicken broth, water, corn and oregano.
    Chop apple into small chunks and add to mixture.
    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Serve piping hot.
    Makes 4 servings.
