Carrot-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. finely shredded carrot
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple (with syrup)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together the first 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix until moistened.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed on electric mixer.
    Bake in greased and lightly floured 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for about 35 minutes or until done.
    Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
    Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
