Tofu Mayonnaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 oz. soft tofu
6 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients, except oil, until smooth.
With motor running, slowly drizzle oil through feed tube until mixture is creamy.
Refrigerate in a covered container (mixture thickens when chilled).
