Potato And Pepper Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, boiled
    1/4 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
    1 onion, grated
    2 green peppers, grated
    2 c. white sauce
Preparation
    Place slices of the cooked potatoes into a casserole dish. Add the onion and green peppers into the white sauce.
    Pour over the potatoes.
    Sprinkle the cheese on top and allow to sink in. Place in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1/2 hour.
    Serves 6.
