Shrimp, Steak And Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
    1 (6 oz.) steak, cut in chunks
    8 large shrimp
    1/4 c. broccoli
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. carrot
    1/4 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. cabbage
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. cooked rice
    garlic salt
    seasoning salt
Preparation
    Stir-fry meats in oil, seasoning with garlic and seasoning salt; set aside.
    Stir-fry vegetables until done.
    Add garlic. Mix cornstarch and water well; mix into vegetables.
