Minnie'S Rolled Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 very large and 1 small can sweet potatoes
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. flour
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. shortening or oil
    crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Thoroughly mash potatoes.
    Add all ingredients, except shortening or oil and corn flakes.
    Take serving spoon of mixture and shape into potato shape.
    Roll in crushed corn flakes.
    Place in baking pan with oil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 hour.
