Cream Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (17 oz.) can of cream style corn
    1 cup dry minute rice
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mix well.
    Pour into greased 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 Minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
    Cover with cheese and crushed crackers.
