Misty'S Favorite Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 to 1 c. raisins
3 c. grated fresh carrots
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
In another bowl mix eggs, brown sugar and oil.
Blend in dry ingredients and add carrots, raisins and walnuts.
Spray one 11 x 15-inch baking pan with Pam spray.
Fill pan a little more than 1/2 full with mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until done, approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
Check with a toothpick.
If it comes out clean, then it's done!
