Overnight Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
2 c. shredded carrots
3/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
3/4 c. unsweetened apple juice
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine cabbage, carrots and onions in a large bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously.
Pour over coleslaw mixture; toss lightly to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight, tossing occasionally.
Yield:
8 servings (about 41 calories per serving).
