Beef Tips And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef tips, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. fresh mushrooms, rinsed
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked and drained
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Brown beef tips in vegetable oil until cooked through.
    Add onion soup mix, mushroom soup, fresh mushrooms and wine.
    Simmer on low heat for several hours.
    Serve over egg noodles.
