Beat 'N Eat Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white unbeaten
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 C. boiling water

Preparation

Mix egg white, sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla in a small deep bowl.
Add boiling water.
Beat with electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
