Indian-Style Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. chicken parts, skin removed
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
    1 medium onion, quartered
    2 large garlic cloves
    2 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    With fork tines, pierce chicken liberally on the meaty sides, then with a sharp knife, make 1/2-inch deep diagonal cuts about 1-inch apart.
    Place in a 12 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
    Set aside.
