Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup cooking oil
    2 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 cups flour
    1 teaspoon soda
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
    2 bananas diced
    1/2 cup flaked coconut
    1 cup pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla well.
    Add flour and dry ingredients, Mix well.
    Add crushed pineapple and bananas.
    Mix. Add coconut and pecans.
    Mix well.
    Mix by hand not a mixer.
    Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours in a greased Bundt pan.
    Cool thoroughly before removing from pan.
