No Fat Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 c. light soy sauce
    1 tsp. fresh Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour over shredded romaine lettuce and 1 chopped tomato.
