Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix butter, shortening, sugar and eggs until creamy. Mix in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Put 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon in bag. Roll cookies, shake in bag and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
